Astolic LLC ("Astolic," "we," "us") operates astolic.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what choices you have.
Information we collect
You give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided), and order details. Payment card details are entered directly into Shopify's checkout and processed by Shopify Payments — we never see or store your full card number.
Collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and how you interact with our site. This is gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
From others: order and delivery status from our fulfilment partner, and aggregated advertising data from platforms such as Meta.
Why we use it
To process and ship your order, manage subscriptions, send order and shipping notifications, answer support requests, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, improve the site, and — where you have opted in — send marketing email.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, with:
- Shopify — our e-commerce and checkout platform
- Supliful — our fulfilment partner, who receives your name and shipping address to send your order
- Seal Subscriptions — subscription management, if you subscribe
- Meta — advertising and analytics, via the Meta pixel and Conversions API
- Email service providers — if you subscribe to marketing
- Legal or regulatory authorities where required by law
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Advertising and tracking
We use the Meta pixel and Conversions API to measure advertising performance and show relevant ads. This may be considered "sharing" for targeted advertising under some US state privacy laws. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through your Meta ad settings, your device settings, or by contacting us at support@astolic.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale/sharing of personal information, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To exercise any of these, email support@astolic.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any email. Order and subscription notifications are transactional and will continue while you have an active order or subscription.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date will change, and material changes will be posted on this page.
