Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes in some cases, or military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.
Cost
Shipping is free on every order.
Processing and delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within about a week of ordering. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak periods can extend them.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If tracking has not updated after 5 business days, email support@astolic.com.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to change an address once an order has been sent to fulfilment, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
Where orders ship from
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from within the United States by our fulfilment partner.
