You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from this site.
Products
Our products are cosmetics. They are intended to improve the appearance of skin and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or skin condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Results vary between individuals. Product images are representative; slight variation in packaging can occur.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or description errors, and we may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious error. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or where quantities suggest resale.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses. See our shipping policy for details.
Subscriptions
Subscription purchases automatically renew until cancelled. Full terms are in our subscription policy.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, product names, and design — belongs to Astolic LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.
User content
If you send us photos, reviews, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in our marketing, website, and advertising. You confirm that the content is yours to share and that it accurately reflects your own experience. You can ask us to stop using your content by emailing support@astolic.com.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated. Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
